I made some resolutions for myself. I’m going to start coding using XHTML instead of HTML. It won’t be all that hard for me to switch over, the case-sensitivity of XHTML doesn’t really matter to me because I’ve always put “body” instead of “BODY” etc. I think the most difficult part for me will be remembering the trailing slash on empty tags. I’ve also decided that I’m going to clean up my css! For the longest time, I’ve just put everything in as it came to mind. Now everything is going to be alphabetized!
This layout is the first one to utilize my resolution. I still have to change some things on the site, but the coding will be much cleaner and easier for me to manage now. *will mess with rhodesia’s coding later because she’s kind of tired of coding now* So many entries/pages to edit on roku omggggg. *twitch*
I know, I know, it’s kind of stupid to have a resolution like that. But for me it’s pretty big because I normally don’t care enough to spend a bunch of time perfecting it. *normally isn’t as much of a perfectionist as she has been lately* It took me hours to decide on how to style the navigation on rhodesia. *kept changing it*
I’ve actually been thinking about my future too! I normally don’t think too much about that. Anyway, you know how everyone has a certain college they want to go to? I don’t really care what college I go to. So long as it’s nice and I can learn what I want to, I don’t care if it’s prestigious or not. That said, I wouldn’t travel out of country or state for college if I can learn what I want to here. *gets homesick really easy so she’d want to stay close to home* I’m pretty sure there are a few colleges in state that have biochemistry classes.
On a note, there’s a mamegoma game (まめゴマ ほのぼの日記) being released for the DS! *wants!!* And Diamond is kind of irritating me. *has 6 gym badges and has to go through Mt.Coronet and Lake Acuity now* I hate Mt.Coronet and Team Galactic is irritating and omg.

n-n what’s the main advantage for using XHTML? idk what the real difference is besides the case-sensitive stuff…
wanting to get into a certain college/uni was really important to me because not all of them had the major I want; there are only 4 in the US that allow you to major in Korean…yeah, crazy. obv, I didn’t get into the main one I wanted, so my 2nd choice uni meant I had to major in Chinese instead. DD:
…oh well.
if you have a major in mind that isn’t limited to certain schools, your way of thinking is good 8D!
