I’ve watched a ton of drama/anime today! I normally don’t sit in front of a computer for five hours to do nothing but watch drama/anime, but it’s quite fun to do every so often!

What I watched: 女帝 (ep. 1-3), 山田太郎ものがたり (ep. 4), ななついろ★ドロップス (ep. 1-2), ポッケトモンスター ダイヤモンド&パール (ep.1-2)

I wasn’t quite sure what to expect with Jotei, but I’d have to say I’m pleasantly surprised with it. I’m really looking forward to the next episode! I’m really curious as to how Ayaka and Naoto’s characters will develop. *hopes they end up together* Like I said to Stef, “I HOPE NAOTO IS THE LOVE INTEREST. I WANT IT STEF. I WANT IT.”

On the note of Jotei, IHARA TSUYOSHI!!!! *____* For those of you who don’t know, Ihara Tsuyoshi was the actor that played Nishi in Letters. I didn’t notice him on the cast list for Jotei, so when I first saw him I was all “as;lgkse”. He hasn’t really been in the drama a lot as of episode 3, so I don’t really have an opinion on his character yet. However, it is really nice to see him in something other than Letters!

As for Yamataro, it’s proving to be really amusing! I wonder what Takuya is going to think up next. First it was the maid outfit, and then it was the bear outfit, WHICH I TOTALLY LOL’D AT. Despite all that, you can totally tell that Taro’s presence brightens Takuya’s mood. I kind of feel sorry for Takako though, nothing seems to work out for her.

Nanatsuiro Drops! *draws hearts around this anime* It’s so sugary cute, but I love it! YUKI-CHAN! I’m actually amazed that I knew KOTOKO had something to do with Shining stars bless☆. Normally I don’t hear a song I’ve never heard before and go “omg this song is by ____!”

I absolutely love Sumomo and Yuki-chan though. Whenever Yuki-chan says “ore” Sumomo sternly says “boku! not ore!” *finds it really cute* Sumomo is a bit of a crybaby at the moment, but I think her character will mature a bit as the series continues. I’ve read that it’s only going to be 12 episodes or so which is really good for me as I can’t keep my attention span long enough when it comes to anime. The longest anime I’ve finished lately was Sumomomo Momomo and it was only 22 episodes long. xD

And lastly, Pokémon Diamond and Pearl!! ♥ I actually like the Diamond and Pearl season. Out of all the starter pokémon, Pochama is definetely the cutest in both the game and anime. *was laughing when Hikozaru took the rest of Pochama’s food and Pochama was all “POCHA!!! POCHA POCHA!!!!!! POCHA POCHA!! POCHA PO!!!! *USES BUBBLEBEAM*”* This was actually the first time I’d ever seen any episode of Pokémon in japanese so it was quite different to hear “Satoshi”.

I’m actually in the process of watching Ppoi. It’s quite fun to watch older dramas. I find it really amusing that Aiba hasn’t really aged much in the past 8 years. Also, the fact that his character is a “super narcissist” doesn’t help. *giggled when she saw that* I also find it really amusing that in the drama some people mistake Yamapi’s character for a girl and one of guy even started calling him “Joanna”. This drama also makes me *really* happy that Maru actually aged nicely.

I watched a little bit of Yonimo Kimyona Monogatari 2006 too. It reminds me of Beyond Belief: Fact or Fiction. *loved that show* I only watched Imakiyo-san and Kinou Kouen and I found it strangely amusing how both Matsujun and Koichi hit their heads on a hanging lamp. Yes, I find random things amusing. ANYWAY. Imakiyo-san just made me giggle. Kinou Kouen on the other hand made me sad. *nearly cried while watching Kinou Kouen*
